  • Cash payment on day of service.
  • Bank transfering is available(Plus GST) and payment must be paid on that day before cleaner locked door once they finished.
  • Please inform the director you will pay by cash or bank trasfering when you request quotation.
  • After the price is confirmed, cleaning services are provided.

  • Ebenezer best cleaning guarantees a full warranty for seven days only for the sections that are not properly cleaned on the list. We hope you take advantage of our 7-day warranty service and receive a satisfactory service without regrets.
  • When booking a bond cleaning service, please remove all furnishing, equipment, and luggage outside before our employees arrive.

Generally the clean will take between 4-7 hours per home. But It depends on the condition of your property as every job has individual and unique requirements.

As there are various differences in each house such as size, age etc, it really depends on the condition of your property. Keep in mind, we will give you an exact price after an inspection on the day before commencing cleaning. Since you have agreed to the price then we do not charge you extra. We are there for as long as it takes to clean your property, and guarantee our cleans also.

We guarantee our clean for a full 7 days. If there is anything we’ve missed or not up to the agent or landlord’s standard, please let us know and we will come back out to the property and rectify it(normally within 48 hours). So don’t stress over the worries of your bond, let Ebenezerbestcleaning take care of that for you. That’s our Guarantee.

Yes. For best results, we will require the electricity on so please remember not to disconnect until we have performed the clean.

Yes. If you are happy to leave the keys somewhere safe, we can pick them up and leave them in the same spot upon completion. Please note we cannot be liable for the keys in these cases. You can leave them with your real estate agent and we will pick up and return (as long as the real estate is a reasonable distance from the property).
